Private Equity

Through a combination of growth and private equity investing experience, we seek to unlock value by leveraging know-how in both the operations and financial management of companies

We seek to invest in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) with a minimum EBITDA of EUR 3M, high growth potential and preferentially with exporting capacity. We invest through either direct investment or co-investment.

Investment Criteria

We are looking for investments or co-investments matching two or more of the following:

• Iberia or Europe based
• Competitive and scalable barriers to entry
• Export oriented
• Consolidation opportunities
• In the case of co-investments we aim to partner with established operators or reputed private equity funds
